Will Rushworth

I am a lecturer in the School of Mathematics, Statistics, and Physics at Newcastle University. I obtained my PhD from Durham University under the supervision of Andrew Lobb, and held positions at McMaster, Syracuse, and Hull before coming to Newcastle. My full CV is available here.

My mathematical interests are in low-dimensional topology, including link homology and concordance.

I also have a blog about text book covers.

UK TILDE 2025: together with Laura Wakelin I am organising a workshop for early career researchers in low-dimensional topology, to be held in April 2025. For more information please visit this page.
