If you're having problems accessing this file it's probably because
you are using a computer that doesn't have Minitab installed. 

Minitab is installed on all University cluster PCs, and the file
should open automatically on a machine which has Minitab. 

An alternative for those who don't have Minitab on their personal
computers is to run Minitab through RAS.

First save the file (e.g. Cyprus101.MTW), then launch RAS by going to 

http://ras.ncl.ac.uk

Minitab can be found under "Statistical Software".

Run Minitab and go to File > Open Worksheet.

Then find Cyprus101.MTW and open it. 

This should work, but if it doesn't then I'd recommend just using a
University computer.
