Y.F. Leung's Functional Genomics web. A very informative site for those who watch Genomics and Microarrays. I was impressed by the "My Functional Genomics Journal Watch" when I first visited it. I have not visited it for long time till I found it again when I search for a graph-drawing software (I forgot the name of this software). I found this Cytoscape software on " My Microarray Software Comparison - Network/pathway Reconstruction and Analysis Software". I also found the list of Public Microarray Database and Gene Expression Database which was recommended by my former colleage, what a surprise!
Although the "Journal Watch" has not been updated for long time because of the author's limited time (The author is calling for help & ideas), there are many useful information on the site. For example, Microarray, "My favorite functional genomics books", etc. Explore it by yourself!
dnathink.org. One of my favarites.
